A complete running novice in my 30's, having not done any serious exercise for well over 10 years. Started C25k a few weeks back, peeked ahead in the schedule out of curiosity and have been dreading not only W5 (you know which run!), but also W4. I could never run for 5 minute periods, could I?
Well! With W4 R1 just completed, I've impressed not only myself but my partner too! Never did I think I'd be running for 5 minutes at a time! Twice in one run!
W5 now looks do-able (or at least, I'm not dreading it anymore!), which is absolutely mind-blowing to me. Well that's me taught - slow down, trust the system, trust the process, it will build you up! ๐๐
