I had Covid at the beginning of August and was too unwell to run for a couple of weeks. I noticed that my heart rate was high when running for a couple more weeks - which made it harder to run. Still not quite back to normal but now it’s difficult to know if the elevated heart rate is due to the after effects of Covid or the heat and humidity! Either way I don’t want to push myself too hard right now. Good that you’re back running, but take it easy. 😊

🍏 Sorry about covid but glad you are back into it again. Hydrate well every day, and take each run nice and slowly especially the first 10 mins. Don’t set your heart on a particular day. Take each run one at a time . You may well need an extra rest day. We look forward to hearing the good news when it happens!
