What a fabulous run. Amazing to think that in 8 weeks the programme gets us running for 28 minutes when at the beginning it appeared so daunting.

Burning Heart from Rocky ...... what a tune to get to the finish line with. Perfect timing.

I'm starting to feel good now; stronger and fitter.

It's also amazing what a difference it makes when I start the first km really really slowly leaving plenty in the tank for a strong finish.

For the first time in a long long time I ended up with negative splits.

Feeling good.
