OMG: I just sh** my pants
It seems my morning coffee combined with my Aubagio had me
running
for the bathroom, but I seemed to not make it in time. Sorry, it's gross, but I just wanted to post here with the hopes that others can give me their feedback. Is it just me or has it happened with your bowels too?

Race report - Runaway Train Trail race - DNF 😞
I ran with a friend & all started well with a combination of
running
& walking when needed. The weather was pretty much perfect, overcast, slight chill in the air & dry. We had a brutal steep hill at the start, to warm us up!

well I am officially no exercise for at least 6 weeks and only gentle for the following 6. I have finally had my liver cyst done ( a fenestration - basically a large window cut in it so it doesn’t refill this times) and I am home now recovering. the op itself was fine but you do not realise how much

Do you get breathing catch-ups during the run?
Hi everyone, I finished the C25K a few months ago. since then I have been
running
30 min 3 times a week. I start with the 5-minute brisk walk. my
running
pace is usually between 7 to 7:30 min per km. I wish to go faster and be able to complete a 5km run in 30 min. So, I have a way to go...

Best technique for getting through a huge puddle? Channel your inner Basilisk Lizard!
The rest of the run had smaller puddles that could be avoided, although at one point I was
running
up a river cascading down a hill. It shouldn’t have been fun but it was. The hot shower at the end felt extra good! Anyone else feel like they’re swimming as much as
running
at the moment?

Vitamin K Advice
I am
running
out of K2 capsules. I started with Vitabay drops, then Vitabay Tablets. Both were discontinued, so I moved on to Vegavero capsules. Now they seem to be unavailable. I was told I needed the all trans form (can't remember what that means!).

Less anxiety today
My soul is always
running
through the forest amongst the withered trees and damp green moss. I am a child of the woods, that’s where my spirit takes flight... on black wings I fly.

Garmin HM coach.
I’m on my second week of 1/2 marathon training with coach Greg on Garmin, but I am
running
less kms and slower than I would normally. As it’s my first Garmin coaching foray, I was wandering if this is normal to get everything back to basics? My usual
running
week is: 10k, 5k and 10k.
