Nasal breathing was a revelation in getting my ragged mind and body under control.

But running past those Highland cows yesterday was an experience. Mmm, that’s it, inhale those pats deep!

In other news; week 9 starts tomorrow!

Thank you. I was barely breathing after run one, I remember thinking then that reaching week nine was frankly fanciful.
