Diagnosed with MDD and GAD
When I
quit
smoking
I have a craving for cigarettes all the time. This has made it very difficult to
quit
smoking
, even more difficult than than the normal problems caused when quitting. My top health issues are GAD and smoking cigarettes. Losing weight is up there too but I'm working on that.

Never expected it to be easy and it ain't
I am new to this forum and
quit
smoking
on the 27th October having smoked 30 a day for pretty much all my adult life...I am 62 years old. This was prompted by a heart failure scare following a high blood pressure reading and visit to cardiologist.

Goals & Rewards for Quit Smoking
Good Day Everyone! I smoked a pack in one day - crazy, I didn't even enjoying them and am back on quit. I had stopped for 16 days and finally was able to kiss my guy without having him taste tobacco smoke in my mouth. Goal accomplished & as a reward bought a pack of ciggies. My bad! This is the

Giving up the NRT
After the bad experience with the nicotine patches, feeling jittery and sick, I removed it half way through day one and decided to use only the inhalator. I only used that yesterday in the morning and after my evening meal. But it was the worst night sleep ever. I normally sleep through every night.

OMG 😮
Oh my that was a super hard start to the day....... but just about to go into work and with the help of the inhalator I’ve balanced the mood out. Struggles like this are certainly a trial but keep smelling my hands, hair and clothes and it’s a lovely reminder that it’s good to rid of the horrible smell

Started smoking again after 9 years
As the title says I've started
smoking
again after a 9 year
quit
. I was just too stressed for to long and needed to relax and a smoke seemed the closest thing. I wouldn't care a don't crave them at all and still don't but may end up soon enough gagging for one.

Radon Warning
She stated that since I
quit
smoking
22 years ago she had a hunch that my lung cancer was more consistent with environmental issues and wanted me to check my house for radon gas. I was a doubting Thomas and thought Radon gas was a made up health scare but I followed her advice and boy was I glad.

More information about my last post
Did I say that her biggest complaint was me
smoking
pot? I
quit
permanently, it's only been 5 weeks, but we both know it's permanent. I quit cigarettes, narcotics, Xanax, amphetamines. Starting with cigarettes 8 years ago, Adderall 1 year ago, and I never look back!
