Started smoking again after 9 years

As the title says I've started smoking again after a 9 year quit. I was just too stressed for to long and needed to relax and a smoke seemed the closest thing.

I wouldn't care a don't crave them at all and still don't but may end up soon enough gagging for one.

Anyway, no big deal just thought I'd be honest about it.

Holy smokes, that just goes to show how we are hard wired to want those damn sticks. A 9 year quit is substantial. What's your game plan? For stress, I struggle with food more than smoking. I joined a gym but that's about as far as I took that little attempt LOL. We struggle on. Let us know how you're doing!
