Hi all I hope everyone is feeling good today,I am quite down today don't know if it's my depression. that I have suffered from for years or the cigarette craving playing on my mind,I am so glad to be able to share with you I suppose it gives a sence of not feeling alone,I do suffer loneliness and of course the when I quit smoking I feel it more ,I know it's a test so I had best get on with my day,It makes a big change for me to share with people,Manny thanks to all you guys I will try to keep possitive,speak soon βΊππ hugs m xx

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down today. Nicotine is a very powerful stimulant. If by any chance you're on meds for your depression you may need to have them adjusted.

Dear Hannon1, congrats on becoming a non smoker!π your doing a great job! It's not unusual to be feeling depressed, as we are losing what we thought was a friend.( we now know better!) If your depression continues , please have a doc. Visit to check up on things. Otherwise all is normal and your doing fine. Stay strongππͺ.
