Hi Hannon,Firstly well done for your 3 weeks winners' badge, you're doing really well .

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling down today. Nicotine is a very powerful stimulant. If by any chance you're on meds for your depression you may need to have them adjusted.

Try reading some of the success stories ,you'll find them in the pinned posts.I can assure they are worth reading.👍🚭💖🌷

Hi Hannon👋

Huge congrats on your 3 weeks smoke free👏

There’s always someone around here to encourage you and help you to get through the day so you’re never alone👍

This quit journey can be an emotional roller coaster with good days. bad days and everything in between.

I see tubby has given you good advice already. I found it helped me to write down all the positives of quitting and there are so many.

You could start planning what you’re going to treat yourself to with the money you’ve saved🛍

That’s guaranteed to put a spring in your step🤸‍♀️xx

Dear Hannon1, congrats on becoming a non smoker!😊 your doing a great job! It's not unusual to be feeling depressed, as we are losing what we thought was a friend.( we now know better!) If your depression continues , please have a doc. Visit to check up on things. Otherwise all is normal and your doing fine. Stay strong😊💪.
