Allergies?
Hi all, Was wondering if anyone (especially with severe ME) have struggled with their tears? I know this sounds bonkers, but since getting sick, and especially since becoming severely effected by ME I’ve found myself reacting really badly to my tears (crying obviously being the worst culprit). When

Itchy skin at night on PD ... kinda driving me cray cray.
Does anybody have a particular brand of lotion or antihistamine that can elevate the itching, particularly when I’m on my PD machine at bedtime ???

I have been using antihistamines to sleep for a while. But i want to stop using them. I also read they prevent weight loss. Urgh. So i have been trying to get under the histamine issue as i do wake up at 2 am almost every night. So i estimate that it is partly because my lower intestine just hit “empty

Sweats
Hi I am early stage PMF and only take antihistamines for really bad itching following Shower/bath. I have recently started getting some night sweats but not at the stage where I feel wet. My questions to you are does anyone have these sweats during the day and has anyone experienced an itchy raised rash

Antihistamine with asthma meds
Hello everyone I have just started taking budesonide morning & night. I use ventolin as well when needed. The weather here in the south of Spain is warming up & the flowers are starting to bloom, a sign of Spring. I am allergic to pollen. Can I take histamines while also taking the asthma meds? Thanks

Realfoodieclub does her Half marathon.
Firstly I am sorry this has taken me so long to put up. I have been a little under the weather since but it will all make sense as I explain. I completed my walking Half Marathon ( 21.1km, 13.1 miles) on Sunday in 3 hours and 31 minutes, all walking. I had been worried all week that it would be cancelled

CBD oil
Have just started taking Holland and Barrett CBD oil 2.5%, mainly as I barely sleep at all. RLS not bad at the moment so unsure if it’s helping this. I took about 4 drops the last couple of nights and an hour and a half later I was fallen no asleep in front of the TV. I went to bed and didn’t fall asleep

Thank you :) (For everyone who helped on my most recent post)
I just wanted to thank everyone for all your responses and advice over the last few days - if nothing else it's kept my sanity in check!! ;) I can't figure out if posting this as a comment below my latest post would mean you'd all get to read it or not, so decided I'd start a new post - hope that's ok

Rituximab and heightened histamine/allergic reaction? Or just the soya yoghurts I ate ?
I had my second of the latest duo of Rituximab infusions on Tuesday, three days ago. No reactions at the time at all and nothing to report on the one two weeks ago or indeed any of the others I've had since 2014. Just some increased upper respiratory infections from time to time. I can only think the
