I take them with Warfarin, with no apparent side affects. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist as this would be the best. I am not medically trained. Pam

I am on Losartan, digoxin and Xarelto.I am definitely not allowed antihistamines as they increase the heart rate! I am not medically trained.

I have been using hay fever meds for ever with zero affect on my AF or other drugs but if you are worried please discuss with your GP or Pharmacist as we are not medically trained and should not advise on such matters.

My GP prescribed antihistamine (cetirizine) for asthma before I was on Rivaroxaban and no one has ever suggested a conflict. Decongestants are another matter as they can cause tachycardia. Best to check with a pharmacist as not all antihistamines are the same, when I took Propafenone there was a conflict with other antihistamines.

I am prescribed Loratadine with my heart meds and xaltero. If you are not sure check with your pharmacist x

When I was taking xaltero I had an allergic reaction which caused me to break out in an itchy rash all over my body. I was having a lot of other horrible side effects at the same time, so was taken in to A+E .

They gave me antihistamines on arrival.

Draw your own conclusions 😁

Hi Mike I had a similar reaction. I was taking Xarelto for several months without an issue but very recently I had allergic reaction which caused me to break out in an itchy rash all over my body, just like yours. What was your solution?

I changed to dabigatran , which was worse and I ended up in A+E vomiting blood. Was then changed to Edoxaban which I tolerate well
