I was just wondering whether anyone else on here suffered with Brugada Syndrome & Hayfever? My husband was only diagnosed with Brugada last sept after collapsing in aug, his had a s-icd fitted. But obviously with Brugada comes a long long long list of drugs to avoid which includes antihistamines....

To Run or not to Run, that is the question!
Today I am supposed to have started week 9 and the graduate podium is beckoning. However, I have been bitten on my foot by some horrible Blood sucking vampire (I think actually a horsefly) and my allergic response to any kind of bite is to swell up, despite antihistamines. Do I ignore my swelling foot

Elevated B12?
Hi, can anyone please help me? I am 21 and recently found out that I have high B12 (approx. 2000) after taking a full blood count at the start of the year. However, my GP noticed that everything else was normal including my folate levels which is odd considering most people have problems with B12/folate

Sucralose - now (fairly) sure it is causing RLS
Hi, some time ago I posted on here asking if anyone had experienced RLS with Sucralose. No-one else seemed to have a problem with it, and at the time I thought it was antihistamines that were causing my issues, but I am now pretty sure it is Sucralose after all. Sucralose (Splenda) is my artificial sweetener

Hi everyone! I’m relatively new here and need some advise. Basically my asthma is getting worse and worse since last August. My GP/ asthma nurse have been increasing my meds since last October. Insomnia
My Doctor gave me a new sleeping pill and oh my God! I only slept a half an hour last night! It turns out it’s an antihistamine, which always keep me awake…

A Hilly Lake Run 😊
After a busy long weekend filled with yard work, wind, launching and cleaning the houseboat, I set off for an 8k run at the lake today. I’ve spent many hours training here a few years ago for a walking marathon I did but had just started C25k last summer so most runs were short and sweet. I haven’t

Can I take ventolin as needed despite using sirdupla?
Hi folks. I don't want to be a pain in the proverbial by posting here too often but I need advice. I had a bad asthma flare on holiday but thankfully I managed to get an emergency supply of steroids to take away with me as it started to play up before I left. The flare was caused I believe by hay fever

Daughter with chronic cough
Hi I have a 2 year old who has had a chesty cough for over a year now. It wakes her at night as well. I have taken her to the GP repeatedly. She has had several courses of antibiotics, asthma medications and antihistamines. Nothing has worked. I insisted she got a chest x ray which showed some haze
