Anyone experiencing sore, swollen eyes?
Hi everyone, I’ve been diagnosed with seronegative RA and for the last year I’ve been getting red soreness and swelling around my eyes. I’m trying biologics (Cimzia didn’t work, now 10 weeks into Amgevita with no great relief). I’ve been given a few month-long courses of Prednisolone to manage flares

Hay fever!
So, hay fever is really starting to get the better of me on these runs. The last two times I’ve been out I feel like I’ve been breathing in treacle. Any tips out there from other hay fever sufferers? I already take daily antihistamines but any other advice would be very gratefully received!

Sleep help
Hey, new ( and grateful) member here. My first cry for help: How do people sleep ? I’m newly diagnosed at 43 and have had problems sleeping my entire life. The only way I can fall asleep naturally is if I exhaust myself through physical exercise, otherwise I cycle through different sleep aids like melatonin

UP and food intolerances
Hey guys, I have UP and have recently been experiencing periods of fatigue particularly in the early afternoon and evening. I’ve never had any known allergies but I’m wondering whether high histamine foods might be triggering my mast cells and this could be related to the fatigue. Has anyone else had

Advice needed please re: antihistamines and AFib
Hi I have been diagnosed with AFib prescribed apixiban and bisoprolol and I am aware that there are certain medications I should avoid taking as they could trigger an AFib flair up or change effectiveness of medication. Bearing the above in mind has anyone on this site used antihistamines while in

RLS and Azelastine HCL nose spray
Suddenly I started getting RLS, even on low dose Methadone. I am thinking it is the Azelastine as it is an antihistamine, but I cannot find any literature on it. The only other thing that changed was a slight reduction in Lithium. I don't have any discontinuation symptoms, so I don't think it is that

Meds, chocolate and migraines
I’m kicking myself... I’ve always been a chocoholic, so in my 30’s (pre RA), I munched away merrily on chocolate, I suffered awful headaches really, really bad ones and they’d last for days, weeks even. I also had hay fever, so put these headaches down to allergic rhinitis. Took antihistamine and paracetamol

Itching Neck/Throat, Thyroid Area.
For a few days I have been experiencing itching on that area, so much so that I want to really scratch it. It didn’t occurr to me until last night that it may be linked to a new pack of Northstar. I collected the prescription on March 1st. from a local pharmacy after online Echo sent me 3 packs of Teva

Constant bouts of Itching
I was diagnosed as to having PMR just under 3 years ago. Currently reducing from 7.5mg /day to 7.0mg/day, using DSNS taper schedule, as I have had problems at this level before, and had to increase the dosage back up again. For the last year or so, I have suffered with extreme bouts of itching, and

Hi, Hope everyone is well. I’m having another flare up of my asthma, it has been poorly controlled for about 6 months and I’m on my third lot of prednisolone. I’ve only ever been on one steroid inhaler which is currently Fostair 100/6, having switched to this from Duoresp Spiromax 320/9 a couple of
