Bilateral hand, knee, and foot swelling,
plantar
fasciitis
, along with fungal infections and multiple Strep throat infections. Ive developed depression, anxiety, and some neurological problems too. I could go on and on, and on. Has anyone else had a similar development of symptoms?

Exercise
At the moment, I can't walk a lot (
Plantar
Fasciitis
), my yoga class has closed & I'm struggling to find another one & I have a couple of prolapses which mean I can't do anything which uses my abs. Any ideas?

How do you deal with pain?
Then recently I was diagnosed with
plantar
fasciitis
in both my feet. I don't know which is worse the physical pain or the mental pain. I can not afford to go to a doctor as I have no income and do not qualify for Medicaid in my state.

Had to Re-start from Week 1 but it feels so good to be running again 🏃♀️
I've been doing my stretches for Bursitis and
Plantar
Fasciitis
twice a day for what feels like forever, had a couple of false starts and had to stop running again but I now feel able to start again, this time from scratch. Slowly, slowly catch a monkey. I have missed it so much!

I look like an arse out there!
I have
plantar
fasciitis
for sure on my left foot and the tightest outer calf you can imagine on my right leg...I am struggling trying to get good stretches for both of these areas. I am hobbling around at work like an old person...never mind climbing stairs!

Just been diagnosed with Hypothyroid
I've had enough of health problems, in the last 5 years I've had
plantar
fasciitis
and achilles tendinitis which is now in control, numerous colds after starting a new job which I didn't really enjoy although settled now so assumed that was the reason being stressed out.

Looking for plantar fasciitis success stories? 😬
I slowed to a walk but the pain carried on and they have been sore all day :-( I'm going to head to my GP next week - but I've googled the symptoms and it sounds like
plantar
fasciitis
. I've already been fitted for shoes at a running shop, I intend to ice them and do stretches twice a day.

Have Bursitis in hip and
Plantar

Fibromyalgia
My symptoms vary day to day and to top it off my
plantar
fasciitis
has came back with tendinitis for company. Have changed my sales advisor job where I was on my feet all day to a part time job wher I am allowed to sit if I need to.

Phew!
Just completed my very 1st run of C25K. 3yrs ago I had terrible
plantar
fasciitis
due to too much running & not enough x-training. I've been attending a bootcamp for the last year which has made me strong, but I'm also 2 stones heavier than 3yrs ago.

Back to the Beginning.......Again
So in January I got to week 5 and then started to suffer
Plantar
Fasciitis
in my left foot. That subsided a bit so I got back into the program and promptly twisted by right knee. Both injuries were better about a month ago so I restarted the program from the beginning.

Still going!
This time last year I was on crutches with
plantar
fasciitis
. In January this year I couldn't run 60 seconds. I can now run 30 minutes non-stop, I'm 17lbs lighter and ache free! I only managed 4.2km on run 1 and doubt I'll get to 5k in 40 minutes for a while, but I'm going to keep running!

Running after Plantar Fasciitis
Has anyone on here managed to get back into running after
Plantar
Fasciitis
? I've read plenty of things online about stretching the foot after running and some people even continue to run whilst they have the condition.

Help with self medication
He has been diagnosed with migraines, carpal tunnel and
plantar
fasciitis
. He also has night sweats and joint pain. We will consider NDT once we have the T4 result and have a clearer picture, but for the moment would like to start supplementing the vitamins needed, especially B12 and folate.
