If you go to Search and put the same title in there are lots of posts and responses.

You need exercises, the right shoe drop, may have to take rest depending how bad it is etc.

Hope you get it sorted. I had extreme pain pre running, but all ok now. But i still do the exercises.

I have hardly any untorn connective muscle left in my feet because of congenital PF.

What saved me from being in a wheelchair by now are the steel shoe inserts from a company named Feathersprings.

They promise a miracle, and in my case delivered. You might want to check them out. I have absolutely no connection to them btw except my profound gratitude to them since 1993.

If you have any further questions after checking out their site etc I will be happy to help as much as I can based on my own experience :)

it's really tricky and i feel for you because it's so painful and debilitating. Has your doctor suggested treatment or referral to a specialist?

No he hasn't, just recommended exercise at the moment.

I have that too, and it comes and goes...the thing I found made the most difference was pilates, no idea why.

It's a nasty affliction for sure and I hope you can sort it. Yoga is good for fitness so will get you fitter for running ☺
