Well, my next run will be W2R2. So far, so good. I've been doing my stretches for Bursitis and Plantar Fasciitis twice a day for what feels like forever, had a couple of false starts and had to stop running again but I now feel able to start again, this time from scratch. Slowly, slowly catch a monkey. I have missed it so much!

I know what it feels like to go back to square one π« but you are back out there, so build it up slowly and you will soon get back to where you were. Like you say - enjoy the feeling that you can run again!π
