Finally finished W4!
Plantar
fasciitis
tripped me up, then I tried again before I was ready and now, finally, I've reached the end of it. I feel far too familiar with the music and Laura's advice on stitch. It'll feel very novel to be on a new podcast. I'm quite excited.

Plantar Fasciitis.
Last summer, when I started Couch to 5K for the first time,
plantar
fasciitis
struck during the first run of Week 3 and it took a good two weeks for me to be able to run again. Now, I'm starting again, got as far as the first run of Week 4 and, lo and behold... It's incredibly annoying.

Is there help accessing a new career?
Due to pain from RA, OA and
plantar
fasciitis
I had to leave my previous employment. I've worked since 1983 when I started mental health nurse training, more particularly in dementia care. More recently I let my qualification lapse and became a support worker as I prefer hands on care work.

NIH protocol 15-NR-0037 : Effect of Ketamine on Fatigue Following Cancer Therapy
Ever since my infusion four months ago, the pain from my
plantar
fasciitis
, achilles tendinitis and rotator cuff tendinitis has been reduced to less than half of its previous level. I had seen multiple doctors, gotten many scans and tried multiple kinds of therapy for those problems.

VitD deficiency and plantar fasciitis
Developed
plantar
fasciitis
3 weeks ago and found this in a good article, too late for my fingers, some are well deformed, but hope to rid myself of the heel and calf pain: Vitamin D is routinely provided in tablet, capsule or oil based liquid forms.

Who has had plantar fasciitis?
Strangely I am sleeping and sleeping...my husband has PF too, non running related, he is sleeping many hours too. I've never slept like this in my life, normally when I am not running I sleep very little. Part of the healing process?

Plantar fasciitis advice please
I asked Dr Google, it would appear to be
Plantar
Fasciitis
, fits all the symptoms etc. So, I followed all the advice, ice pack, Ibuprofen, heel drops and calf raises, stretching with a resistance band, rolling with a rolling pin etc.

Sore foot arch
So for the past week or so I have been having a bit of pain in my left foot arch, and good ol doctor google has suggested
plantar
fasciitis
. At first it was like a bruise and only hurt if pressed, but the last couple of days the pain has been a bit more constant.

Physio Update
Went to see my physio this morning and she confirmed that, as I suspected, I have
Plantar
Fasciitis
:-( She did some ultrasound and massage and has given me some specific exercises to do and said that I'm fine to use the cross-trainer but no running for the time being.

Despondent
Also added that I've developed
plantar
fasciitis
which is agony. He did a few basic checks (checking for fibro trigger points) and has said he thinks my problems are linked to hypermobility which I've known about for six years and had physio several times.

W5R3 and on the Injury Couch :-(
I'm pretty sure it's
plantar
fasciitis
, but have an appointment this week to get it properly diagnosed. In the meantime, I've been doing the recommended heel stretches. I'm so disappointed as the run had been feeling good, and do-able so I was really looking forward to progressing onto W6.

Week 6 - Run 2 - Completed
Am a second time a rounder as I competed the programme two years or so ago - then had
plantar
fasciitis
for 18 months - so have started again with my hubby this time. We are aged (69/71)....and have found it a struggle, but so far have completed each week on schedule.

Can Anyone throw light on this?
I can't walk fast because of the
Plantar
fasciitis
that has descended on me together with Tennis Elbow. I got home and felt absolutely dreadful. A feeling as if I was going to collapse. I didn't of course and had a drink and a sleep.

Week 5 Run 1 completed this morning ...
Re-started C25K again after an 18 month break due to

Strange heel/foot pain .. any clues??
The pain in my heel I would have thought was a tendon or nerve thing along the lines of
plantar
fasciitis
but it's really isolated down to an area about a centimetre across but feels like it goes straight up into my foot and I really can't work out what it's got to do with my bladder - I'm totally bemused
