Have I re-invented myself since PMR?
It really had never occurred to me that I was ill - until I saw my GP that day I was convinced it was a need for exercise / then overdoing exercise and what I was looking for and expecting was some sort of

Pegs, calf-strain mysteries and thanks
I thought I’d put down some notes of my walk-run-walk yesterday, as I happened to use my peg system to keep track of my jumbled thoughts running away with me whilst my feet kept also busy moving. And as we ( LottieMW MissUnderstanding ) recently chatted on the forums about trying to keep track of

Symptom changes
I would be interested to see if any one has experienced symptom changes from when they first had/diagnosed with RLS . Initially, my RLS was the classic, constantly having to move my legs during the night while sleeping or resting. Even sitting in a chair, for long periods of time ( aeroplane, cinema)

Endo or not
Approx April 2021 I took a dull pain my lower left hip. Didn’t think much of it until it became the hip and buttock area sometimes coming up the lower back and down the leg and wouldn’t go away no matter what. Over the past two years this pain has never gone away and with it I get flare ups of extreme

Short term memory loss
HiI was looking some advice/hope My mummy was knocked down 3 weeks ago,hit her head at the back, developed a clot and needed surgery on the right side to realise pressure. We were told mummys chances are very slim of survival as her injury was so severe. She had surgery within 4hours of the accident

allergic reaction to aromasin
Has anyone had an allergic reaction to Aromasin? My dr thought it was Afinitor that I was allergic to. I started Aromasin again. 5 days later I had a rash all over and my arms and legs are swelled with Lymphodema. It’s really awful. Any suggestions for the rash or Lymphodema. I never had Lymphodema

Physiotherapy and A Fib
Has anyone experienced an A Fib episode some hours after an intense
physiotherapy
session? I have severe osteoarthritis in my neck. The physio is to give me more movement in my neck which is very limited currently. I had to push through resistance to turn my head left and right.

UPDATE ON HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY
Hello everyone, I had my hip replacement surgery a week ago today. It went well. I went into the theatre at 9 am and in the recovery room at 11 am. I spent 5 hours in recovery because they had to discharge patients and sanitise the beds and wards so newly operated on patients could have a bed! That

Hi, I suffered moderate/severe TBI - Subarachnoid Haemorrhage after a fall in October 2022. I am told that the injury was serious, although I was only kept in hospital for 5 days for monitoring, was on anti seizure meds for a week after, was then discharged and left to it. I am seeing Neuropsychology

Pain in right hip and leg
I have been getting pain & tingling in my right hip and leg since June 2022. I though it was sciatica at first but when I went to my GP she sent me for an MRI which showed Spinal Stenosis. No amount of pain killers help & still waiting for physio. GPS has suggested Amiltripline, has anyone used

Been told by 3 professionals 'probably Fibromyalgia' but no diagnosis...
Hi all, For the past 14 months I've had 'flare ups'. Even before these I was known for losing my words, stuttering and completely forgetting/shutting off during conversation and was just me being me. Christmas 2021 I got covid and my sometimes niggly pains got so much worse. By the time August 2022

After forever waiting to be referred to a rheumatologist, the gp referred me to
physiotherapy
for musculoskeletal. I had my fist appointment and broke down crying about my life, it's took a long 7 years to get to this point as suspected fibromyalgia but no proper diagnosis.

T3 dosage
My T4 to T3 conversion is poor. This is me trying again to manage the introduction of T3. Private endo has provided me with a prescription of Thybon Henning 20mcg to cut into 5mcg pieces. One piece to be taken twice per day. I had such a difficult time last time introducing it, I decided to introduce
