Does anyone have any solutions to chronic leg and foot pain? Has anyone tried any particular physio/exercises or any medications?

Have you tried magnesium supplement tablets. I thought that the radiation was to blame for my painful stiff legs and feet plus night cramps. I was recommended to try magnesium and it has worked for me, my legs are back to pre radiation treatment. Totally changed my life after suffering for 6 months.

Hi there. I use Herbal Alternatives on Facebook. Their CBD products are amazing and have helped so many people. I have been using them and really feel they help my leg. (I have radiotherapy damage to my nerve)

I also find walking helps & sitting is the worst.

I tried lots of Physiotherapy but the best thing has been yoga, a gentle one.

I also have muscle spasm so magnesium does help.

I've just started taking Nortriptyline so hopefully that will help with irritation and sleep.

I wish you all the very best.
