Cardiac rehab.

Hi allMy husband started his Cardiac Rehab on Thurs,it's been five weeks since his heart attack.He did really well the physio had him on an exercise bike! She was really pleased with him.

Going forward he will do three sessions a week,starting on level one....our only disappointment is that these sessions will all be done at home via a link online.I was hoping it would take place in a gym like environment with specialist support and maybe people who were in the same situation...but this is not the case.I was wondering is this just an area thing....it feels very much like a "lockdown"situation.
