Surgery follow-up appointment
She said that the only thing they could do was give me
pain
medication. I have the coil, which was replaced during the surgery. I was taking the contraceptive pill as well but stopped in April as I found that I was putting on weight and was getting very depressed.

Pain/flare up
Is it usual to have constant
pain
, or maybe its cramps or spasms, a lot of the time or during a flare up? Although I am on low dose amitriptyline, mebeverine and take buscopan for this
pain
it can still penetrate this shield which worries me as to its might.

Oar Gel and gold placements for beginners on this journey
I used nitros to not give a shit about any
pain
. It worked OK but nothing to write home about. The procedure was short - about 10 minutes max. Most
pain
was mainly due to the initial
pain
killers. There were 3 gold seeds inserted in my prostrate and I don't even know if that was painful.

Would interferon be worsening the
pain
? Will check with consultant as well. Any tips for
pain
relief? The physio said just ride it out but I m lucky if I can get 3 hours sleep a night. I m a hardy old boot but boy, this is really unpleasant. thanks so much Louise x

Myocarditis chest pain
Hi all, I’m approaching the 3 month mark with myocarditis. Chest pains were slowly easing off but have increased slightly over the past few weeks. I’m continuing to rest and listen to my body. Anyone that has recovered from myocarditis, I’m interested to know if you also experienced a rocky recovery

Severe pain in Hips
Late April, I was away for a week in Wales & walked more than usual on small, uneven surfaces & started to get pretty bad
pain
& struggled to move, even inside. I stayed in one day, took it slowly, but after 2 weeks home, I’m much worse.

Whiplash like pain
Has anyone ever gotten whiplash
pain
in their neck and back for no reason. I slept sitting up in a recliner for a few days because I was congested, but I’ve done that plenty of times before . I have extensive bone mets. Thinking it could be the
pain
from that.

Feet, ankles, wrist pain
I was pretty much
pain
free. Now, as I taper, the
pain
is coming back in my feet and my wrists this time, not in my shoulders or arms where it was when I was first diagnosed. Do you think this is still PMR?

Si Joint/back pain
Hi I have a history of back
pain
and endometriosis. I recently turned 50 and leading up to my period my si joint
pain
has suddenly got worse and it all goes into spasms and I literally can't do a lot. It's not great the rest of the month either.
