No, however the stress of anticipating the procedure and its implication would be enough stress to provoke a flare. You could try doubling your dose for a week, then going straight back down as in the sick day rules.
Thanks, I’m very claustrophobic and certainly anxious and tense. Could be a flare.
Hi, I can totally understand why anyone who is claustrophobic would find an MRI stressful. Lying in a narrow tube with the accompanying sounds is not easy for those of us who are not overly claustrophobic. You may find a couple of days at a higher dose is enough to calm things down but, if not as SJ suggests do the flare protocol and see how thing go.

Was your MRI done with or without contrast? If contrast was used you should report the body pain to the medical team as it may be a reaction to that.
Yes is the simple answer. MRIs can trigger mast cell degranulation in some (as can stress), flooding the body with chemicals (like histamine), many inflammatory. I use magnesium and quercetin but I am on no other meds and this may not be appropriate for you. It took time, but it eased. Best wishes
