Leg/calf pain?
So why am I still having so much
pain
in my calfs? It is like they want to cramp immediately. And stay super tight throughout the run. I know my fitness is improving because my recovery time is much better. But this
pain
is making running miserable some days. Any thoughts, or advice?

Moving on pain
I just got out of a situation that wasn't good my ex was manipulative and narcissistic. I wasn't happy for a long time and now I 180ed my life and it's stressful and hard and seems like nothing is going right. Now don't get me wrong I didn't expect it to be easy but definitely not this hard. Anyways

Post surgery pain
I previously posted a question about post surgical
pain
and Belbuca (buccal Buprenorphine,). I had hip replacement one week ago. The
pain
is excruciating. I conferred with my surgeon prior to the surgery because I was afraid of this. He told me not to worry. Ha!

Pain Management Options
Private GP recommended ongoing physio but nothing with regards to
pain
management except try amitriptyline. The
pain
is really getting to me and even the MRI was an ordeal as my legs and arms went numb! Please can anyone advise what they tried to help alleviate symptoms with spinal/neck

Kinds of pain
I'm trying to decide which
pain
is which, and therefore how to improve things. I've been on Pred since 2016, never free of stiffness, but spent few years coping on 3mg.

Painkillers stopped working
About a month ago I stopped taking Amytriptaline and Gabpacentin as they were acting more like depressants and did make me feel like taking my own life to escape my profound
pain
. A week after I stopped the prescribed medication. Over the counter painkillers also stopped working.

Vydura tablets
Has anyone tried Vydura (rimegepant) either as a migraine preventative or as a migraine treatment? What are your experiences of it? What are the side effects? Is it effective? I have tried many migraine preventatives, none of which are currently effective! I use rizatriptan and OTC painkillers as migraine

Sudden foot pain
Could sudden foot
pain
be a sign that I’m tapering too quickly? I was finally diagnosed with PMR last July having suffered with
pain
and stiffness since Christmas 2022. I have tapered to 12 mg of preds by decreasing .5 of a mg every two weeks which seemed to be working fine.

No Pain
I have been diagnosed with RA 5 years ago after I had knee
pain
which lasted 6 months. I was used to bad knees since my early 30's but never been in
pain
. Well, after a steroid shot I went back to my trekking.
