ENT wants to see me again after MRI
Hello everyone, I started getting tinnitus in my left ear about 7 months ago. I saw a GP, I had impacted earwax so a nurse removed it about a month later. The tinnitus didn't go away so I saw another GP who referred me to an ENT who sent to see an Audiologist for a hearing test and for an MRI that I

Lightheaded 24/7
After having the flu I developed lightheadedness that never goes away. It has been 4 years. Vertigo and other diseases have been ruled out. Have seen every doctor around Florida that might help me. The last hearing and balance specialist I saw gave me something for anxiety. It has done nothing. I feel

I am 64 and retired
Hi reading the posts, just wondered if any of you are still working and how you cope. I am retired though I do volunteer one afternoon a week in a charity shop. I was fine when I woke up this morning but after doing some housework, I started getting tinnitus, a light headed feeling then felt nauseous

Negative O bands, elevated CSF protein
I had multiple periventricular lesions show on an MRI in 2015 and one new small lesion show up on my MRI the end of 2018. Doctor did a spinal tap looking for O bands. I was negative for O bands but had slightly elevated CSF protein. Did any of you have elevated CSF protein without O bands?

wait/watch/scan
Hi, hello, I was diagnosed in January with a small acoustic neuroma and told that I would have a scan after 6 months to see if it was growing or just staying the same. I have been hard of hearing in my left ear for about 5 years with it slowly getting worse so that I decided to get my ears checked.

Feels like I’ve got something stuck at the back of my throat
So I’ve been fine all day, went out for a meal and after this meal about half a hour later I was drinking some water and then it felt like I’ve got something stuck at the back of my throat and I couldn’t swallow. It’s still there now but got a bit better but now it’s made me super anxious and my heart

awaiting diagnosis from MRI suspected AN
I will find out tomorrow if I have AN - had MRI done just over 2 weeks ago - no contrast - had no follow up appointment booked - but that has come through fairly fast. I did call ENT department just on the 2 week point expecting them to say it would be a couple of weeks - and they told me appointment

Finding Actavis brand hard?
I'm new here, hello everyone. I live in London. I take 100 mg levothyroxine. ACTAVIS brand only. Other brands don't help me and all my symptoms came back with them. But recently my pharmacy has a stock problem with Actavis brand. They give me it as bulk and it's OK. (not in the original packaging)

Sepsis
Hi, I have just come out of hospital following sepsis, secondary to pyelonephritis. I take Azathiaprine amongst other things. I didn’t have any warning signs, just extreme collapse over a few hours. I’m on the mend but am as fatigued as anything. Has any of you experienced this?
