Vertigo when tired

Does anyone else get vertigo when they lack sleep or are tired? My neck muscles are super tight, but way worse when tired and I get vertigo and head pressure, only when I’m supperrrrr tired. Anyone have any tips? It could be my muscles plus lack of sleep, so any neck/vertigo advise is welcome! I’ve tried stretches but I have soooo many knots it doesn’t do much 😭 this is a symptom I have a lot and worsened when tired, it definitely gives me anxiety even though I have it often I can’t help but freak out here and there 😭

Hi, I totally have the same symptoms. I 've been diagnosed with Benign Positional Vertigo spinning with certain head movements. The neck muscles is tension headaches from the bottom of your skull down to your shoulder blades. I see a chiropractor for that and get deep tissue massage. Calcium crystals develop in the inner ear tube and get lodged. Not sure if it has anything to do with your lack of sleep. I get a pretty good night sleep and still have it. My ENT doctor did the Epley maneuver, helps move the crystals, I've been vertigo free for several weeks now. It will come back, it usually does but I know how to treat it. There is help. Good luck!
