I recently wrote about burning mouth syndrome- and how for diagnosis to be considered for oral dysaesthesia as a primary condition would require exclusion of all secondary conditions: B12/folate/ferritin, autoimmune conditions and salivary gland disorders. My angular cheilitis issues have been resolved

I am 78years old, recent diagnosed with grade 1 diastolic dysfunction heart failure. Have any of you had the same diagnoses, what are you doing for it, and how long does it take to move from grade 1 to 4. Anxiety lever very high, and would appreciate any ideas from you. Thank you.

Uncertainty over A&E advice
had a viral Covid vector vaccine recently & six days in, I started with unrelenting head pain & temporary vision loss, so I contacted my GP & he flagged GCA. I then had inflammatory marker bloods & ct scan ( for clots) at A&E. I was handed nurofen and solpadeine then discharged without follow up.
