Elimination Diet
Or Lifestyle change as my Son reminded me this morning, as I have often preached in my past to him about. I recently found myself stranded with no help from the medical community so I decided to go back on the elimination lifestyle change that had made me feel so much less inflammation about 13 years

Factor V Leiden plus high LDL cholesterol exponentially increases atherosclerosis
Article: "they found that the risk of carotid atherosclerosis rose exponentially with increasing serum LDL cholesterol concentrations in nondiabetics with the factor V Leiden gene variant." That's me. -FVL heterozygote. - I'm not a diabetic. - I have high LDL. Most troubling is my very high VLDL

What vitamins are folk taking?
I'm taking magnesium, zinc, and iron (I don't eat red meat), omega 3, and b complex. These are vits I've heard are good for the brain. I guess they must be doing something!

just started Imuran did that work for anyone with ITP? I am on prednisone but the side effects are so awful so dr is trying to ween me off.
I've had 6 treatments of rituxan but it had no affect. I have also gone through several treatments of ivig which works but is short lived.

Reduce your pain.
Hi all I have been in pain for 18 years since my period started. Was only recently diagnosed with sever Endo, the first thing I did was the only thing you can do is to change my diet drastically. I have read and googled so many things and can up with The Endometriosis Diet. I have gone to to total extreme

An overview of foods to eat to lower your cholesterol
We live in a society where we have more of the wrong kinds of foods available to us in more places than any other society on earth. Cakes, pies, candy, soda, heavy gravy meals and such all contribute to a difficult diet for our bodies to deal with. It is no wonder that we have an epidemic of people who
