Positive anti chromatin and anti histones
I was diagnosed with lupus about 3.5 years ago, after suffering for 6 years prior. My family dr was treating me for fibromyalgia with little relief, and I asked to be sent to a rheumatologist. The rheumatologist did a bunch of tests and found my ANA was positive, along with a positive anti chromatin

Oméga 3 oils
Hi ladies, I watched Seaspiracy this evening regarding the fishing industry and I’ve been taking fish oils daily. I would now like to seek an alternative as the documentary suggested the goodness in the omega 3 is countered by the lead and other toxins that get into the chain. Does anyone know of any

Alendronic Acid
I have a telephone appointment with my GP on Monday and want to tell her I’d prefer to stop taking Alendronic Acid. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, probably brought on by prednisolone which I’ve been taking since March 2020. Started at 15mg, tapering in 1/2mg, now at 8mg. My Dexa scan in January
