Pregnancy with Hashimotos disease

Hi,

I am 12 weeks pregnant my last bloods 28/4 TSH was 3.14, t3 4.6, t4 17.8 I have increased my levothyroxine to 150mcg a day and take on empty stomach, 80% gluten free due to nausea. I feel that my levels only went up as I wasn’t prob leaving enough of a gap between eating and taking meds due to nausea and was eating more gluten. The gp wants my Levo increased to 175mcg but I feel spaced out on the 150 and feel like so tired. I am worried about taking the 175, I feel like my levels are better now. Getting bloods again June 1st. I take Vit d, iron, omega 3, folic acid daily. Has anyone any advice? My bloods on 17th March were TSH 0.24, t4 19.1 and t3 4.9 I was taking Levo 125 alternate 150 and eating correctly and having it on empty stomach.
