I watched Seaspiracy this evening regarding the fishing industry and I’ve been taking fish oils daily. I would now like to seek an alternative as the documentary suggested the goodness in the omega 3 is countered by the lead and other toxins that get into the chain.
Does anyone know of any safe alternatives please?

I used algal omega 3 - the bonus is no fishy burps! They are better than other vegan omega 3 (eg flax) as they contain the more fertility relevant forms. H&B do one that is just DHA or if you want one with DHA+EPA there is the Zenwise one from iHerb or Time Health on Amazon that are relatively inexpensive. It is still good to eat some fish once a week as the capsules don't have as much O3 in them, but they are a good substitute for fish oil caps. xx
