I'm now diagnosed with 6 conditions which is a lot less than what I was previously diagnosed off. The reason I'm writing is because I want

Flipping blah!
hi guys, I've been having what I would call a serious downer day today! Just got in from a family dog walk which I knew I shouldn't have attempted, nearly sick, thought I was going to fall down, got home and laying down and just want to cry! My stomach ache has spread from right side all across my lower

I've become a walking whoopie cushion ...lol
I've been taking meds for PsA since April and I've turned into a walking fart machine! Hydroxychloroquine, Gabapentin, Amitriptyline, Naproxen all contribute to me becoming my own version of a spluttering motorbike circa 1935. Does anyone else have this problem , which sometimes is not controllable lol

I'm new here...
Have just joined and looking through the many posts, it does seem to be a great support. I have had RA for 31 years, was also diagnosed with stystemic lupus in the early years. Mostly affecting my feet, ankles hands and wrists. Had many steroid injections, plus bed rests and took daily steroids, Azathioprine

New member! Lappy booked. Cancelled twice. Argh!
Hello ladies! Thought I'd say hello. I'm new to endo but have seen a close friend go though it from a younger age and end up with a full hyster aged 31 (has made her life so much better). Anyway a quick one, I've been self managing crap periods since a teen and not realising how bad they were naturally

Worried about Naproxen.
Hi everyone, I am experiencing severe pain in my thigh and knee. I have been referred for an x-ray, but in the meantime the Doctor has prescribed Naproxen, which is an anti inflammatory. I am really concerned about taking this, as I am on Prednisolone for PMR and have heard that you shouldn't take

Hello and help please! Just joined up.
Hello, just came across this site after surfing the net for the miracle cure, as we do! Anyway, I am a 46 year old male, worked in the forestry/tree surgery business most of my life. I live in constant pain due to a motocross, motorbike jump going wrong, back in 2000. I fell off at 20ft high and landed

Pain
I am having painful pelvic pain! It can last for hours. I have taken paracetamol and naproxen - and still in pain. Crying and feeling really sad . The gyn team discharged me because I refused to have a pelvic clear out to manage the pain. I am 36 and would like to have children. I have been married

Help please - any advice would be appreciated!
I'm 23 and had the laparoscopy 2 years ago to remove to remove the endo. It was slightly less painful afterwards but now it's back with a vengeance. I've been to my gp numerous times and all he does is give me a different kind of painkiller, tramadol, co-codamol, naproxen and it just doesn't seem to

I have recently been diagnosed as having chronic pain syndrome radiating from my lower back. I have had 4 years of being passed from department to department. Scans, mri's, physio etc. I am actually relieved that I now have a diagnosis even though it was not the outcome I hoped for. I have been on regular

Newbie :) hello everyone! (and a bit of a winge)
Hello everyone! Newbie here! It's really comforting to find this site and know I'm not alone with endometriosis and all of its troubles and to have somewhere to talk. Although I have really supportive friends, I do sometime feel as though they think I'm a bit of a hypachondriac and I feel like I winge

Reduced migraine attacks
Hi, for years i have been suffering from chronic head pain and migraines. After fighting for a long time, I eventually got to see a specialist neurologist in London. She prescribed duloxetine, strong dose of vitamin B, and detoxification of all my medication before starting the new regime as well

xofigo update
Had my third Xofigo injection this week. Xofigo injections are easy and take only about five minutes once a month for six months. So far, little to no side effects. Blood tests have all looked good. PSA down to 1.15 from a high of 9 a few months ago. Testosterone 15. About 2 weeks after my second injection
