Worst 10 weeks of pain since taking levothyroxine
Hello all, I was wondering if someone could help me, I feel like I'm going mad. I stayed levothyroxine roughly 11 weeks ago, could it be a coincidence that I have so much pain, even when I'm lying in bed. From my neck, jaw, hands, wrists, knee, ankle and feet, I can barely walk in a morning and to get

Medication
I know we all have to take medication to help us but what is it doing to our bodies , myself I think it brought on ulcerative colitis as I had just started bleeding after starting naproxen a inflammatory drug, we can't be 100 per cent but we would try anything if we were told it could help you but it

Advice requested
Hi 👋 Sorry for long post... I’ve had bilateral swelling and stiffness in feet, ankles, knees, shoulders, wrists and hands for a while now but seems to have worsened over past 12 months or so. GP has recently done bloods - Rheumatoid factor was 10 (range <15) so I’m guessing this rules out RA? My ESR

Will I lose my fitness completely?!
Feeling thoroughly fed up, I’ve got tendinitis in my ankle!! Really missing running, and scared I’ll lose my fitness! Not helped by being an asthmatic that despite knowing they will upset my breathing slightly has resorted to naproxen to ease the pain as I’ve been told not to run or even walk long distances

Third year of Remission
Always have mixed feelings about posting updates on my remission but I will continue to do so a couple of times a year (for as long as it lasts). The RA may be under control but have had other health issues and personal challenges so life isn’t all plain sailing. After diagnosis by consultant rheumatologist

Endo pain and what to do next?
So I’ve been waiting for my appointment with a gynaecologist for around 4/5 months, I had my appointment last week. My appointment lasted around 10 minutes and to be honest I was disappointed. The gynaecologist said she felt she did not have to examine me as id been put back on the pill, which is what

Severe limb pain with weakness causing inability to use! side effects from Xgeva - first time after a year of monthly shots
Thought I should post this in case anyone else here ever experiences the same: We just went through a VERY scary night!! Pain and weakness began in my husband's R arm, where he had his Xgeva shot 3 days ago. (he said the shot really stung, and that had never happened before) That pain increased so

Pain symptoms advice
I’m hoping someone can tell me if I’m crazy or not. I have some conflicting information from consultant, one who did my laparoscopy said I had very severe endometriosis but the other consultant said the pictures looked more like pelvic inflammatory disease with some endo possible. Anyway that’s the back

Confusion, depression and losing the will to live
Hey ladies. So, back on 4th June, I had my diagnostic laparoscopy to potentially diagnose endometriosis. I ended up having to stay overnight (was meant to be a day case) as I wasn’t coping with dizziness - had to get up to try the toilet and almost faceplanted the floor - and already kept bursting into

Endo relief in this heat!
So usually when I start getting endo pains, I reach for my heat pad but as it’s been 30+ degrees today it’s been far too hot! I find that over the counter medication (paracetamol, ibuprofen, cocodamol and naproxen being amongst those I have tried) don’t actually help with the pain and I’m reluctant to

Stress & flare up
Good morning, as we are going through a particularly stressful house move, I find this morning that both my hands & wrists, while always being painful are absolute purgatory this morning. Both are “bandaged up” soaked in voltarol gel & I took a naproxen last night. This morning I took a prednisolone
