Restless leg syndrome??
Hi everyone. I am a 39 year old female. And think I might be suffering restless leg syndrome? It is more my feet than my legs which are bothering me. I don't get this every night. But when I do my feet feel very uncomfortable with a creeping crawling feeling . And I am unable to keep them still.

Naproxen
Hello, Has anyone ever tried Naproxen? I have recently been prescribed 500mg Naproxen for my joints and overall pain. The doctor said I would be fine taking Paracetamol with them but not Co-Codamol or Ibuprofen. I also take Sertraline, will this have any effect? Thank you :)

Great CA125 result again!
Hi all. Just to let you know that my CA125 result was 5 just over 2 weeks ago. Unbelievable. CA125 is a good marker for my disease. Saw my consultant last week, and she has said not to come back for 6 months, even though I suggested 4 months! My last chemo dose was on 7th November 2014. See

Tofacitinib - Xeljanz update 3 months on...
I was prescribed Tofacitinib after exhausting quite a few biologics first; Certolizumab, Etanercept, Tocilizumab and Rixtuximab, are some of the ones I remember! I must admit I was a bit dubious about taking Tofacitinib at first, especially as it was a newly licensed drug and my consultant, rather

EFFECTS OF TAKING MTX, OMEPROZOLE & NAPROXEN TOGETHER
Hi, I currently take 25mg MTX by mediject & I have recently read on the NICE.org.uk site that taking Naproxen alongside MTX can increase the risk of nephrotoxicity & advise that severity of interaction = Severe. Also that Omeprozole with MTX decreases the clearence of MTX, & can lead to toxicity &

Costochondritis?
Hi all! I'm a newbie here, so please have mercy on me! I've had costochondritis since I was 6 years old, and I've done just about everything in the book to try and relieve the pain. Right now I'm 23, so I've had 17 years to try it all. From Naproxen to steroids, yet nothing has helped and unlike the

What can I hope for?
Hi there, hoping to get to know you all. In January 2012 I developed pain in a particular point of my right shoulder. After 3 weeks, I saw a GP who said, with my family history and where in the shoulder the pain was, she suspected RA. She referred me to Rheumatology who in June 2012 confirmed after other

PMR newly diagnosed
Hi everyone, this is my first post. I was originally following the Psoriatic Arthritis posts but last week have now been given a PMR diagnosis. To give you a picture of my story, I was 53 years old when I came down with sudden pain and stiffness in my thighs, upper arms and neck in May 2017. Since then

Doctor's are saying "muscle stress"
Hi all I haven't been on for a while because I've been doing OK re thyroid (UAT) so I feel a bit cheeky popping in now but I'm desperate. In the early hours of 2nd Jan I woke up with a migraine, I get them occasionally and take sumitriptan. I took one but it took hours to work and when I got up I decided

Recently diagnosed
I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis after years of suffering with what I thought was normal pain. Had periods that could last over 2 weeks, be so heavy I'd bleed through a tampon an hour and the most excruciating cramps that sometimes caused me to faint or vomit and I'd always be doubled over

Excruciating period pains
Hi ladies, I’m at stage four with one ovary crushed now after my laparoscopy last March I haven’t had much pain however when I get my period it’s excruciating. I’ve tried tramadol, cocodamol, naproxen and none of them seem to help 😞😞 any suggestions what to try?

Painkillers - The cure all answer
4 months ago, i reported to my GP with 90% of the symptoms of PA. I had already done some online researching (as you do) and regardless of the diagnosis b12 supplementing seemed a good idea. So, I was taking some orally. I had blood tests done, which came back (conclusively apparently) to state that
