well, I tried physical therapy, it didn't work for me.
Hey everyone, I tried PT, specific for fibromyalgia pain, all it did was cause me more pain. I couldn't sleep because of the severe pain I had ALL OVER MY BODY I had to go to the pharmacy and buy lidocaine patches for my shoulders and my back to try to ease the pain. Quit smoking
Does anyone find nicotine patches useful? If so to what extent? And do they compensate for the desire of the harshness of the cigarette.

Ongoing struggle
I keep giving up and starting up again. I get stressed out by something and the urge to smoke overwhelms me. I've have success with the nicotine patches and currently on the quick mist spray. I had been smoke free for two weeks, I find it really hard to control morning cravings especially when I make

Today I went to the gym, took pre workout and lifted weights, nothing out of the usual for me. When I finished my workout I felt like I was having a heart attack. My left breast felt tight and I couldn't breathe. My friend took me to the ER and they told me I had a panic attack. They took blood, urine

Cold Medicines that are ok to take?
Hi everyone Newly diagnosed and wondering what Cold Medicines are good for PBC/AIH? I feel a cold coming on especially my throat is feeling quite sore. And as an added detail, I am visiting my son in Japan from the US and worried I might be getting sick in a foreign country. Also, Can I take Tylenol

Never expected it to be easy and it ain't
I am new to this forum and quit smoking on the 27th October having smoked 30 a day for pretty much all my adult life...I am 62 years old. This was prompted by a heart failure scare following a high blood pressure reading and visit to cardiologist. I feel very determined, and will certainly make full

Peaceful Period Hacks
Peaceful Period Hacks I’ve been picky with food lately, looking at food I would think to myself, “I already know how I am going to digest that,” “hmm, do I want to taste mucus build-up from eating or drinking that.” Without it being forced, my diet shifted, and when that time of the month rolled around

Bones ache
It’s been 90 Days since my last scan and mri of the brain and it showed NED especially I did 3 rounds of chemo Taxol. I’m dying with pain Motrin helps a little and I did mri the other day looking for Mets and I see my dr Tuesday but they never ordered a ct scan so my doc probably saw nothing in my brain

EMG & NERVE CONDUCTION STUDIES
Finally, after a year wait to see a Neurologist in July past (2019) I have been referred for EMGs and Nerve Conduction Studies as she noted severe muscle wasting from just below my calves on both legs. No muscle left round my ankles, very minimal left. So today I had the tests, plus some special ones

Giving up the NRT
After the bad experience with the nicotine patches, feeling jittery and sick, I removed it half way through day one and decided to use only the inhalator. I only used that yesterday in the morning and after my evening meal. But it was the worst night sleep ever. I normally sleep through every night.

However 2 days ago I have started bleeding more and its now bright red blood (basically a period) with clots. This

Numb Face
Has anyone experienced numbness in one side of their face? Before you say stroke I went through this several weeks ago, went to the emergency room & they called for a stroke alert. Next thing I was having a cat scan, & that's just the beginning. I ended up spending 11days in the hospital, most of them
