Ongoing struggle

I keep giving up and starting up again. I get stressed out by something and the urge to smoke overwhelms me. I've have success with the nicotine patches and currently on the quick mist spray. I had been smoke free for two weeks, I find it really hard to control morning cravings especially when I make first cup of coffee 🍵 and after meal time

Good for you Kolya. I found the one I missed the most was after supper. I thought I would have more cravings in the morning but I didn't. People gave up coffee because it was a trigger for a smoke. I think I was okay with my coffee because I smoked outside and never while I had my coffee. You will have to change up that morning routine. Stay strong
