Hanging in there and feeling quite optimistic!

Hello all. Just wanted to come on here to see my two week winner badge!!! Whoot Whoot!!! I am feeling much better. My breathing has become easier. I’ve been experiencing mini (minor) headaches each day, for the past few days. I actually took some Motrin for upper back pain (I also contribute this to quitting smoking). I think it may be inflammation or soreness from coughing. Either way, the Motrin helped. I have been steadily increasing my water intake and feel much more energy during the past couple of days. Still coughing up small amounts of tar, especially on the days that I am well hydrated. I’ve been drinking pineapple juice to help with clearing my lungs of phlegm/mucus. I’ve also been doing inhaling steam w/ peppermint essential oils once a day. It initially made me feel like I couldn’t breath, but I think that is because the phlegm had to be worked out. Good luck all.

Hi Sewgirlie, Well done for your 2 weeks badge.👏 I'm glad you're beginning to feel better. It does take a little while for our bodies to cleanse .I've never tried inhaling peppermint oil,but I have used eucalyptus.

Merry Christmas to you and yours.🚭🎅xx
