It’s been 90

Days since my last scan and mri of the brain and it showed NED especially I did 3 rounds of chemo Taxol. I’m dying with pain Motrin helps a little and I did mri the other day looking for Mets and I see my dr Tuesday but they never ordered a ct scan so my doc probably saw nothing in my brain... can taxol after 5 months cause bone damage or arthritis??? It’s hurting and I take hot bathes but I lay here with my elbows and shoulders and pelvis in pAin when I move, doc thinks it’s side affect from strong chemo help what is this

Whatever is causing it, you do not have to suffer in pain. Ask for a palliative care consult-they are experts In helping to manage symptoms/side effects. And or ask your doc to prescribe something stronger than Motrin.

I lay her with my right breast hurting both shoulders a wrists and pelvis and I take Motrin and a hot bath causes a fever I’m sick of this

During chemo some doctors recommend their patients take Claritin or the generic to help with bone pain. I wonder if it would help this far out. Ask your doctor if you should try it.

Thanks I will even 90 days ago when they said NED my bones hurt, I get I a hot tub with epsom salt then I get a fever

Taxol can do that it did that to me, it went eventually I took nurofen for joint pain worked for me,

I did cat scan yesterday and I’m hoping the joint pains don’t mean cancer but last scan I had pain and scan was clear this all took place after taxol and my pelvis is killing me
