Foot/mouth hand or something else??
Does anyone know what this is. It started with red burning spots then turned into patches. Then I had chicken like pox all over my body and face. Hands rashes are similar to feet. But my thumbs are going white too and thin skin. Anyone know what's happening. I'm very stressed. Doctors are not helping

I got a great remote job but as the weeks have gone in I've had 3 flares and my
mental
health
issues reared it's head. I've felt so physically and emotionally overwhelmed that I had the darkest thoughts. I've been ignoring the issue until I finally cracked the past few days.

July Walking Challenge: Walk in the morning
It improves your sleep and waking patterns, and sleep is so important for your
mental
health
, isn’t it? Those who regularly walk in the morning tend to have fewer problems falling asleep and fewer sleep disturbances. Less depression and less stress!

Left pain above left hip?
I have had IBS for several years. Have had a sigmoidectomy over 30 years ago. Since January my bm's have been normal to constipation. For several year's I took bentyl and due to circumstances quit taking it. I now have pain like a side cramp from running. It goes around my back, to the front of my abdomen

southampton heartbeat house
Has anyone stayed at Heartbeat House in Southampton while a relative is having heart surgery? I sounds an amazing facility, but I did wonder what it was like to stay there.

Hi...new here!
There wasn't much of anything like this, as a kid and the
mental
health
stigma was terrible/frowned upon etc. as Im sure many can relate... A panic attack a year ago, is what it took to finally get me on this new path. Anxiety and Depression has stolen so much from me.
