Mental state post surgery
Right now I am having a fair number of blips with my
mental
health
and I'm not sure what is reasonable given circumstances and in I'm just feeling sorry for myself and need to snap out of it.

I have heart failure. Approx 38% ejection fraction. I'm on Entresto and 6 other tablets including Dapagliflozin, eplerenone , beta blocker, aspirin, and a statin.Tested for new drug to enter trial, but my BNP was too low (44). Feel very fatigued at times but try and walk or do some sort of exercise

Hi all, I'm a Newbie here.I have Asthma and COPD. I'm back on my Relvar ( after a brief change to Trimbow) which made my breathing worse. I just got prescribed an additional inhaler yesterday ( Incruse Elipta) I took the one puff yesterday evening and within a couple of hrs I was having palpations.

Recently diagnosed with OCD
It’s like just when I thought it can’t get worse with my
mental
health
it does. It’s so distressing and I just wish I can feel like myself again. I am in therapy but I am getting inpatient I want to feel better and get on with my life.

Dr. Joel Wallach
Is there anybody who has heard of the teachings of Dr. Joel Wallach who says that AF is not caused by a condition of the heart but instead because the Vagus Nerve is being "pinched", either along the spine or at the head where it enters the skull. As you may know, the Vagus Nerve goes down the length

Scared. Mind is racing. Mom needs heart surgery.
I've posted before kind of on this topic but since I've become more agoraphobic and neurotic and shut down and hiding in my house. My mom needs heart surgery. She is my best friend. She is 82. I am 47. I don't have a partner or kids. I have a brother. He helps sometimes but he isn't completely emotionally

Advice needed again 😒
The thing is my
mental
health
is crashing more day by day from not knowing, or the fear of not waking up in the mornings. Tension is rising with my wife and to be honest she has said some pretty hurtful things recently, i.e to stop using my heart disease as an excuse for my low moods ?

I’m struggling so badly with my
mental
health
which in turn affects my physical health. I’m in such a vicious circle and don’t know how to deal with it. I’ve posted so many time and I’m sure I’m getting on everybody’s nerves because I’m getting on my own nerves.

Good News…..
In August I became ill with what amounted to heart failure symptoms, breathlessness, fluid on lungs, circulation issues. A bnp test came back with moderately high readings for heart failure (1300) . I eventually had an echocardiogram and have been waiting for the results. Meanwhile I discovered that

Catching a cold when you have fibro - turns out it’s COVID fml
Do you find that when you catch a cold you are affected much worse than other people around you? I never get ‘just a sniffle’. I always say I’m a woman who gets man flu. My partner went to work right through his cold even though he felt quite rough. I just got up to make a drink and dragging my body

Third Attempt.and Fail
Well, Made a trip four hours away to another EP to attempt another ablation for Atrial Tachycardia. Yet again, now a second time, this ridiculously elusive rhythm evaded them and they could not do the ablation . Not sure what options that I have left to me now. Probably will have to take Metoprolol,

The Winding Path Of Depression & Anxiety
Eventually we'll go our separate ways and our paths will spider outward across the globe...but we'll carry with us the knowledge and, hopefully wisdom, that being here for our
mental
health
has afforded us.

My T story
Hi, I had Open Heart Surgery for Mitral Valve prolapse in June 2022, Occular migraines started straight away, followed by 24/7 tinnitus which started in March of 2023, I am convinced there is a connection to the surgery, but who knows! I moved to USA in 2009, prior to that I was born and lived in Manchester

Be kind to yourself
I got a great remote job but as the weeks have gone in I've had 3 flares and my
mental
health
issues reared it's head. I've felt so physically and emotionally overwhelmed that I had the darkest thoughts. I've been ignoring the issue until I finally cracked the past few days.
