Warm sensation in anus
After some bowel movements I'll feel a warm sensation afterwards in the anus. No diarrhea, no straining, no hemorrhoids, no bleeding. Just a warmth in the anus and feels like it isn't relaxing perhaps Anyone else have this? What causes it?

Has anyone any information about pseudo dementia as a result of GCA. Could my mum’s rapid onset dementia symptoms be related to her GCA?
Has anyone experienced

problems due to GCA and can higher doses of steroids help?

Overdosing bisoprolol- can anyone offer advice?
I don’t know whether it is where I live ( the NW) but I really struggle to get appropriate treatment. Anyway I picked up my meds on Saturday. Opened them in the car and noticed my bisoprolol was suddenly in 5 mg tablets not 2.5 mg. I went back into the pharmacy to be told that I have been on 5 mg tablets

For my nose not

Nailfold infection
I have my second nailfold infection in 2 months - it is proving difficult to resolve and a few days ago a telangectasia bled profusely for no reason. Is this connected to my Systemic Sclerosis or just a coincident. Thanks for any thoughts on this.

Periods and mental health
Does anyone find their periods make their
mental

worse? I got mine yesterday, I was feeling low a few days before, but yesterday I had an awful panic attack, it was terrifying the feelings of despair and all the physical symptoms that came with it. Just an awful awful feeling.
