Hiya Ladies,

I am new to this so bare with me.

I am a 26yr old whose struggling with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis pain on a constant.

It is causing issues with my day-to-day life resulting in lots of missed work days.

My mental health is terrible and it feels I am hitting a brick wall with treatment.

I have had a laparoscopy with removal of Endometriosis but have scaring and so much pain still.

Im asking for support in how you guys cope, manage, any secrets or just someone to talk to as I'm feeling rather alone.

Hi, im sorry to hear that you are going through this but you are not alone! I am also new to this, but im finding it comforting reading through peoples posts to know that im not going crazy or totally alone.

I would maybe try and speak about to work about it if you haven’t already because they should be supporting you through this! There may be a counselling service through your job that could help you process your feelings.

Im sorry that you are still having so much pain after your laparoscopy.

Thank you Lyns.It's nice to hear from someone who understands. I will try as you say, atleast thats a step in the right direction.

No worries, it makes such a difference to speak to people who understand! I also write down all my symptoms and medications in a book so when I feel like I’m going crazy I can read it and reassure myself. If you ever need someone to speak to I’ll always be about😊
