First diagnosis of my life
I am now completely sober for the first time in decades and I still struggle with my
mental
health
. There are days where I’m full of energy and completely capable of taking care of myself and my business, and days where I plunge back into depression and loneliness and despair.

When to go to hospital?
I have chatted on the

crisis hotline chat. I have reached out to the drs. Are the symptoms causing the anxiety or the anxiety causing the symptoms? Any advise or ideas

Do I really hate my degree or is it just mental health?

ADHD friendly Long Term Disability Insurance providers?
I recently applied for long term disability and due to ADHD they dropped the policy to 5 years from 20, and excluded any
mental
health
related reason. Has anyone had success getting more favorable long term disability policies? If so, which company? Thanks!

Flecainide, not curing PAF
I had PAF for five years flick and I stopped it every time. No it doesn’t after being in AF for three weeks they changed the dosage. I’m taking a low dose of flecainide every day and Apixaban. I’m hoping it will bring the sinus rhythm back but what happens if it doesn’t is an ablation something to think

Bad news
Hi all, as some of you know I had a successful heart transplant in July 2020 and so far all has been good, more trouble from the rest of the old body but on Friday I received the devastating news that I have bowel cancer. It was picked up through the routine testing another thing I have to thank the

It’s Never Enough
I want to be able to work through my
mental
health
challenges in a safe environment instead of always ending up doing it along with a professional. I have so many good tangible things in my life, but I can’t seem to get the connection with people that I deeply desire.

WHAT IS THIS?
I have a history of
mental
health
issues so FND sounds like the most likely culprit, as it seems to get worse after traumatic events or illness, but I can't shake ALS out of my mind, even though people on the ALS forum said this isn't how ALS manifests. Can someone offer insight? Thank you!

He has also been taking amipiprazole for over 6 weeks without any issues, and this has actually improved his
mental
health
. About a month ago he woke up with shoulder pain and a few weeks ago after no improvement was prescribed naproxen, amitriptyline and codeine.

Severe work anxiety
I'm so deeply convinced I'm going to get fired for my
mental
health
struggles that I feel like I should quit a job before they fire me. My partner has been supporting us solely since September, and I know it's difficult for him to do that. I feel so guilty, all the time.

Do I take time to get better.
I could the time and go to therapy and the gym and make my
mental
health
better as this has caused it to go down hill. But if I take the time off work and I don't get better would it look bad. How long should I stay at 3 days and what do I do on the 2 days I'm off. Any advice is welcome
