Spending too much while depressed. Spoke with mental health professionals. They came up with HRT. If balancing me would cause me to spend less would be great but I don't think it will serriousluy help. Stepping back a little - ie not spending right away but waiting alittle was a very good suggestion from someone - budgeting wish something would work
