Amgevita - low energy
Hi all, I've been on Amgevita for just over four weeks, and it's done a decent job of addressing my pain and inflammation. The only thing is, I feel really flat and lethargic. Has anyone found that there's a delay between getting relief from symptoms, and then getting your energy back? I know that

Adalimumab serious side effects, any advice?
I had my first injection last Saturday and won’t be having another! Sheer fluke blood tests were booked for Thursday and the GP rang me Thursday evening. Sodium levels had gone very low which could lead to a coma. I’m now taking SIS electrolytes to try and raise them with more blood tests next Tuesday

Zanubrutinib and water intake and sodium level
I am a 78 year old woman who has been on a very long watch and wait since 1999. I was diagnosed in 1998 and given a small amount of prednisone and chlorambucil and have received nothing since except ivig which started in June2021 due to infections. My watch and wait is over as I will be starting treatment

Iron panel results - is this normal or something to be concerned about?
I'm confused by the results. I haven't been taking any iron supplementation for a while. I tested because I've been ill (chronic urticaria) and haven't been able to tolerate iron supplements. Fasted over 12 hours beforehand, didn't take anything with biotin for over 10 days. Doctor wanted to do full

Severe Symptoms - has anyone else had this
I have had acid reflux for years, and it's always been come and go. I took over the counter meds, then went to prescription meds Nexium, but then this past few months it got worse so was prescribed Rabeprozole. I am sure what has made it worse, is that since COVID I started to drink more alcohol.

Mouthwash
Mouthwash is a really hard one as often it has glycols in it. My dentist said sometimes we can wash our mouths out with salt water and this helps when we have bad breath. and I am going to try listerine total care: Ingredients: sodium fluoride, water, alcohol, sorbital, paloxamer 407, eucalyptol flavor

Persistent bowel infection
Dear all, A while since I have written. I was struggling for a year or two with colon pain and seemingly uncontrollable IBS-D. I had a colonic MRI scan done which found I had diverticulosis (side-pockets on the colon). I did not have all the symptoms of diverticulitis (inflammation of the pockets

Need help to fight fatigue from Radium 223
Stage 4 for last 3 years. Had 6 cycles of Chemo and then Abiraterone for 18+ months until it stopped being effective. Currently part of trial with Radium 223. Had 4 cycles already and 2 more to go. After this will likely have to switch to Enzalutamide and ADT. Now having bad fatigue issues; on scale

Advise please, long flight travel with IBS
For the first time in my life I am now able to do as I please more or less (aside from a decrepit body), So, I've decided to bite the bullet and hopefully travel to Japan, a country I have long wanted to visit but flight time scares me as I hate being cooped up for hours. I don't want to spend 17 hours

Sodium n fluid restrictions
How strick do we need to be?. I have been under my permitted limits of both sodium n fluid every day for 7 weeks, but today I'm probably 200ml over my 2ltr fluids. Does a one off day amount without going crazy affect anything major? Whilst on the subject, would one day slightly over the 2g sodium limit.do

LISINOPRIL AND AFIB
Hello all, are there any on this forum taking lisinopril for high blood pressure? I just came across this today and it could explain why I and maybe others have more afib episodes than we should; 1. Caution: High blood pressure/heart disease meds and potassium-rich foods like bananas, potatoes and licorice
