I can not stop focusing on my Physical health. I have had constant dizziness, lightheadedness, and heart palpitations for 2 months. Started Prozac a little over a week ago and feel like it could be worse? Any ways can not help but think about all my physical symptoms. It consumes me. I tried meditation and distractions. Anyone recommend anything else?!?! Its horrible!!!

You mentioned meditation, I do that. Did you ever google mindfulness. Find someplace quiet and a soothing voice takes you on a trip. It’s really cool. You forget your troubles for a little while and it relaxes you
I am currently going through the same thing. I have all those plus shortness of breath even when I try to eat. It’s got to the point I’m almost scared to eat cause I know ima start having a hard time breathing. And I think about it constantly. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. I tried meditation for about a week but couldn’t stick to it. I wish I knew what to do.
Get headphones and do meditation listening to peaceful music so you can zone out the world
Focus on a peaceful setting in your mind and nothing else
Let the world fall away o and turn off your phone
