Hi I had a recent blood test and just want some help understanding them. The gp has referred me to see some one and possibly to start meditation. I been getting tired, cold easily, hair falling and heart beat faster. These are a few of the symptoms.

Welcome to the group.

Yourr GP has only tested TSH & FT4. To get a complete picture of what is happening we also need to see FT3 which the NHS rarely if ever tests.

Your FT4 is within the normal range and TSH only marginally below range. Without an FT3 its hard to say what is happening.

Can you ask them to test your thyroid antibodies? On the NHS that would be TPO & Trab to check for anutoimmune thyroid issues.

Your ferritin looks good.

Could you also get them to check folate, D3?

Do you have symptoms?

Are you getting B12 injections frequently enough?
