On the free Insight Timer app, my favorite is5 minutes of self compassion.

I have an app called insight timer and my favourite meditations are from Glenn Harold and Glenda Cedarleaf and the app is free. On YouTube I like Jason Stephenson and Michelle’s Sanctuary for bedtime stories.
