Vertigo and drop attacks - help

I have drop attacks , vertigo and with my migraines - it’s dehabiltating.

My neurologist prescribed prochloperazine and 75mg of aspirin.

These don’t seem to be working, I seem to be constantly having a migraine of drop attacks, nausea and vertigo. I can have up to 10 maybe more drop attacks a day.

For those that don’t know what drop attacks are. It is dropping without any warning.

Does anyone know of any management tips?

I’m currently off work due to migraine and have extreme fatigue.

I don’t seem to have a migraine free day.

I’ve tried yoga, reducing caffeine and meditation

Any tips and ideas to manage those would be great.

Not an exercise but the pattern of multiple attacks in the same day doesn't sound like migraine to me -may be cluster headache? though that doesn't really fit with the fainting. The National Migraine Centre do have a series of very interesting pod-casts which might give you some ideas

The drop attacks are part of my migraine symptoms along with vertigo 😔.I don’t know what sets them off or triggers them. Think if I knew that, it would be a great help.

Ps: forgot to add, has anyone tried the fl41 tints? Have they helped at all. I work in an office and my neck usually gets stiff and sore.

I have drop attacks, vertigo, nausea, and migraines among other issues. Mine came on after a head and neck injury. The drop attacks are apparently from my cervical instability and the same brainstem compression that causes my drop attacks also causes my migraines. The symptoms often happen at the same time, (caused by the same thing), but are not related in that one doesn’t cause the other. Just a thought?

This happened to me a lot when I suffered with chronic migraines.

I tried all medications and learned how to do the epley maneuver myself.

I was dealing with over 25 migraines a month and when I hit rock bottom, I decided to give up all dairy. 11 days later, my migraines stopped. When I called my numerologist to cancel my botox session, she CONGRATULATED me for figuring it out! I was livid. Wasn't it her job to help me? No! Doctors just want to treat you, not cure you.

She said dairy was the number trigger for migraines. I asked why it wasn't listed on thr top 10 foods to avoid and she said becauae.mot everyone is senstive to dairy.

Well, neither aee bananas and that's listed.

I've also learned pasta made in the US has a toxic chemical called glyphophate. Glyphophate is thr main ingredient in Roundup, which everyone knows causes blood cancer. Since I stopped eating all dairy and any pasta made in the US, my migraines stopped.
