You Can Use or Share Free Background Sounds That Lower Anxiety, Pain, Migraines, Depression, Tinnitus, and Improve Sleep, Memory, Focus, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Other Things

I found a great resource for meditating sounds that have been studied and scientifically shown to improve insomnia, memory and focus, pain, anxiety and depression and dementia. meditatingsounds.com/

This is wild - "Recent research showed our concentration rhythm removed 37% of plaque that blocks memory in important brain areas for memory in mice with Alzheimer’s after listening for one hour a day. They listened with light pulses in the same rhythm for one week, and the sounds alone are also proven to help people’s memories. The mice brains improved significantly after one week, and people experience differences in weeks and months. Longer treatment will help memory more, because the plaque can return. The same process is continually being researched for people, and is being shown to effect people in similar ways" (links research on the website).

Tried it myself for insomnia last night, been suffering from this ever since I was poisoned, 50 mg melatonin helps but doesn't give me a full 8 hours. Hoping the combination does the trick.

I don't see the sounds doing anything for me. For years I used the sound of rain with Japanese bells in the background. But it led to another site where memory function tests were available. Probably didn't do too well there but I saved it for future work.

I just saw this (after reading your response to Gymsack). Did this help you? I notice the website uses cookies and sells personal information. For me a red flag…are you sure the site is legit?

The ads are between tracts. I look for longer ones to play as I'm falling asleep.

I'm more at peace. I do this for emotional health.

Ugh, I tried Spotify, the free version includes commercials which interrupt the track. Is there a way to deal with this?
