Sorry for all the posts, but this health anxiety has been terrible since winter started. Yesterday I read (I know it was a mistake to read about brain tumors, before I discovered this site) about how weakness or numbness in arms could be a symptom of a brain tumor. Well this morning I wake up and within an hour I'm feeling weakness in my left arm. Please tell me it's all in my head! I'm going to the eye doctor today, because my vision has been getting worse and I've never actually been to an eye doctor before. My GP did a neurological exam last Friday and didn't seem concerned about a brain tumor. He said my exam was fine.
I keep telling myself this is all anxiety and nothing worse but it's just this nagging thought in the back of my head that won't go away. I have tension in my shoulders, specifically on the left side. My headaches are on the left and it's my left eye that is bothersome. But....I have an impacted wisdom tooth on that side and I grind my teeth, I just feel like the whole left side of my body is feeling awful. My mother in law suggested a massage. Maybe that's a good idea.

Hope your feeling better. Reading of symptoms on Google makes your anxiety worst. I keep away from it. I have read enough of it to be able to hopefully recognize warning signs. The best thing to do is go to the doctor if you have an emergency or you feel unwell. For the last few days I have felt ill. Weak, faint almost coming close to passing out so I have kept away from Google and I will see my doctor soon. I hope your eye exam came out normal, eye doctors can tell alot from an eye exam so if he is not worried just relax a little and see your doctor for peace of mind
Thank you for your reply. Turns out I have astigmatism in both eyes which could be contributing to the headaches. Still haven't found a reason for the metallic taste in my mouth, plan to see a dentist. Can't get the thought out of my head that a tumor is making the metallic taste. It's driving me crazy!
If it was a tumor it would of been seen in your neurological exam, I know it's hard not to think the worst when you suffer from anxiety. Anything wrong and you think the worst, I still feel that way even after all my exams have come out good. But so far your tests haven't shown any serious problem which is great.
