This Friday I am removing the boot half a day early as I am going for a Sports
Massage

Everything you need to know about wisdom teeth removal
Massage
your jaws and cheeks with an ice bag. And you must drink saline water every day. You should be very careful until the stitches are fully healed. So don't drink through a straw and be careful while brushing.

Things that trigger and help my RLS
If my legs feel kicky I’ll
massage
my calf muscle in a “vibrating motion” loosening the muscle, orgasms, weed, opioids.. being intoxicated on alcohol I never liked the psychoactive effects of weed but I will admit I slept the best when I did use it and my legs never kicked.

What's your postgraduate experience been like? (esp. fellow 50-somethings)
She didn't help that much, so around February I switched to a specialist sports
massage
therapist. At times, it's been painful - and it ain't been cheap - but she has definitely helped. I’m back running 5k twice a week at not far off my old pace.

This site is a mine of information!
So far this morning I've learnt about Garmins, Strava vs Runkeeper, how to help back ache (Had never heard of Tui an
massage
but will be checking it out), Nipease, Pilates DVD recommendations (Darcy Bussell apparently) and the excellent Kinetic Revolution website.

PMR/GCA LOOSE JAW
So I booked a
massage
. As she massaged up my neck area I felt my jaw hinges moving. So strange just as if my jaw was LOOSE.

Question about New Pain(s) with CPS
I also tried hypnosis, creative visualization, meditation,
massage
, taking l-arginine, horse chestnut, steroid injections, apple cider vinegar and aloe vera as well as various vitamins and collagen protein drinks. Pentoxyfll keeps pain at bay, but not entirely.

Saw GP yesterday and also had
massage
on my neck strain post riding accident. Felt so much better today decided to put on my running gear and go for a brisk walk/jog and see how I felt.

Therapy cat applying heat and massage
I’m not so sure about the
massage
as she’s not fussy WHERE she massages or if she happens to extend her claws now and them but the heat is quite soothing. Bet you are all loving today for runnjng.... so much cooler. Wish I was out there too.

So called "treat"!
So, I just had my mid-point B210K reward, a sports
massage
. I am very lucky in that we have a trained sports
massage
guy come into our offices twice a month offering discounted massages. But what was I thinking?! Treat? TREAT?!

Baby steps ! Minimally conscious. Buh bye trach.
Keep showing them photos, talking to them, recording messages from friends n family, playing music, body
massage
, i let Russ lick suckers or a potato chip...keep researching, thinking and get creative. The brain needs stimulation. Touch, taste, smell, hearing, sight - hit them all.

Water retention/ lymphedema-like symptoms after chemo
A lymphatic drainage
massage
and compression stockings have given significant relief. I am told that the condition may disappear in time with this treatment. I am just wondering if anyone has had a similar condition and if this might indeed be related to the chemotherapy?
